  • Examining organizational structures and dynamics that enable and constrain trust and creativity.

  • Developing capacities to effectively engage effects of trauma and oppression in the organization and facilitate healing, creativity, and connection.

Structure

  • Pre-workshop meeting or survey with stakeholders (1-2 hrs).

  • Workshop, interactive exercises, and experiential learning (4-8 hrs).

  • Post-workshop meeting and/or survey, including presentation of findings (1-2 hrs).
